The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers to your community.

SASSA will probably be rendering services for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency mentioned it's alarmed in regards to the large range of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The aim from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out into a substantial amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no absolutely functional office committed to service the area daily. The provider level developed for intervention ordeals a higher inflow of potential beneficiaries, which makes it tricky for the Workplace to attend to all people who visit a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more methods to help the servicing of all buyers and maximize usage of Social Assistance services,” the agency here said.
